A question about financial aid?

Davida Gisriel: Most beauty schools aren't accredited in such a way that they can accept federal financial aid. Instead, they either give their own aid, require private loans, or require you to pay for this yourself. Since their aid, what they have, isn't part of the federal aid system, you may qualify for aid at beauty school. You'll need to talk to them. But if your beauty school does offer aid, it'll normally only be loans. And often, you pay for the entire program up-front, and if you drop out, you won't get that money back, so be careful. Tomeka Hameen: No. You will need to prove satisfactory academic progress. The beauty school must accept financial aid. Then you will have to prove it by paying and getting good grades for a semester or however, long of time they determine and then ask to be reinstated.
